The MEDIC program implementation is far more complicated than the local staff can handle. Pray for the staff as they learn how to run the office and keep records properly.

Guille MacKenzie asks prayer for the church to have a balanced focus between loving God, each other and their city. Pray the church planting team will grow stronger in unity and commitment. Debbie enjoys teaching English part-time and Guille is grateful he can significantly reduce the need for medicine to deal with his cystic fibrosis.

Pray for Chris and Debbie Gibson as their Garden House ministry in Budapest continues to bring rest, refreshment, and spiritual renewal to missionaries, families and individuals in need. Chris and Debbie care for God’s servants on several levels and in multiple locations. Pray for wisdom, strength and balance between ministry and home life.

As Brian F. completes the Bible study with Beer, Top and James, pray they will come to true faith. Pray God will draw at least 18 more students to Christ by the end of February. God is moving in tremendous ways in their city and in Thailand; pray for Brian, Joanne and their team as they labor diligently on campus and in the community.

Thomas is grateful that the second highest govt. official in their city is helping him start a 6 week simple adult English class in the rural farm area. He hopes this will be a good witness to the government official and lead to new relationships and opportunities. Pray for several moms in Jennifer’s moms group who have marriage problems, and for Jennifer to know how to counsel them.

Greg & Sally ask we pray for Pakistan as govmt closings have resulted in the loss of 24 missionaries there. Pray for the new hospitality house to Pakistani Musl*ms in England that now has an MBB couple with years of experience living there. Greg is grateful for his new administrative helpers, Ben and Ellie. Pray for Sally’s health to stabilize so she can continue to work at Greg’s side.

Pray for Bill and Lauren Finnell, as they have completed their appointment and training process with TEAM, sold their house, moved into a rental apartment, and are now developing a team of partners who will pray for them and support them in their ministry in Madrid.

Pray for pastoral training in the Guija district of Gaza, Mozambique. Xavier is training four trainers, who in turn are training 53 pastors and church leaders to understand the overall message of the Bible and teach it to others. Pray these churches will minister to those in their villages in both word and deed.

Although the turn out for the recent teacher open house was disappointing, Jason is grateful he got to know a teacher who spent time in the states and has a son the age of Andrew. Pray for good health for their family as they adjust to their new E. Asia location and constant air pollution. Pray for Jason to have wisdom and clear direction in leading the team, for unity, and for favor with the school and community.

Raju asks prayer for his country’s nation-wide prayer effort regarding spring elections. The concern is if other religious fundamentalists become the majority party, Christian freedoms will be curtailed and more oppression and persecution could arise. Pray for a large prayer meeting on the 14th, as well as many more in 100 locations around the country. Pray for Raju and Catherine’s work at Kachhwa.
