Tomorrow is the Kazakh New Year. Please pray for the outreach events scheduled by our Kazakh partners, that many lives will be touched, and for many to hear the Gospel.

Theo Visser’s ministry in Rotterdam continues to expand with four new missional communities among neighbors, Chinese, Afghans and Iranians. The problem they face now is a lack of leaders. Pray God will raise up leaders or bring leaders into his network.

Roger and Abi Lowther head back to Japan after eight months in the US.  Pray for their oldest boys who move from their American school back to Japanese public school.  And for transition back into Japanese culture for the entire family.   Pray for more workers to join Roger & Abi,  and for funds needed for the work in Tokyo and the disaster area of Japan.

Pray for the East Asia Partnership team as they host a conference for approximately 1,500 pastors and workers, March 19-21, in an Asian city. Along with Partnership speakers, many national pastors will be speaking and helping with the training. Pray for an encouraging and Spirit-filled conference and for several 2PC members who will attend.

Brian and Terri report that the Thailand University Games, hosted by the university in their city, brought students from 120 universities and provided a great opportunity for involvement with students. Pray for Brian to have wisdom and discernment as he interviews and hires new staff.

Heath and Angela Many look forward to helping improve healthcare in Africa as they put their medical training to use at the Tenwek Hospital in Kenya.  Pray for wisdom in decision making as they plan work schedules, ministry commitments, schooling and parenting in a new setting and culture. Pray God will work out the many details necessary for leaving for Africa in June

Pray for Austin Smith as he waits for his visa to be approved. Pray for all the logistics of moving and for a smooth transition to his new life and ministry in Brazil.

Herb indicates they need long term staff, who know Arabic, in every department at Annoor. Please pray for patients recovering from serious injuries, and a friend who is imprisoned. Pray God will send more Bedouins to be treated for their TB and hear the Good News.

Greg and Ginger ask prayer for their son Jude who is under a lot of cultural stress where they live. Pray the professional help they received while on vacation will be helpful. Pray for Greg, as he teaches a bible study through a translator. Pray for continued language learning, and that Greg could soon teach in the local language.

It has been a year since Joseph and Mandi arrived in South Central Asia with son JP. So many children in their area have been very ill; pray for their health and for continued good health for JP. Pray the MEDIC microfinance program will be effective in transforming lives through the Gospel. Pray for the Rotary Club partnership to become a reality.
