A team from Second leaves today to work with our strategic partner Leonardo DeChirico in Rome. The team will be using ESL among the immigrants as part of an on-going ministry of Breccia DeRoma Church. Pray for team unity and open and receptive hearts to learn English and for many opportunities to share the gospel.
Brian P asks for prayer for the Muslim Christian Dialogue to take place as scheduled tomorrow. Pray for the event to lead many into gospel conversations with their Muslim friends. Also pray for one of their campus groups that is experiencing a lot of persecution from the University Administration.
John M. shares praise that they have stocked a second hatchery despite several challenges. He asks prayer for another national church planter to join their effort, for wisdom, for the team leader and his family who shoulder most of the burden on site, and for the two couples and a single woman who are looking to join the team.

Karen asks for many opportunities for share the Gospel, that she would finish the school year well and for wisdom to discern the best place to teach that would provide an ideal match for outreach ministry.
Continue to pray for Tezar and Tatiana’s completion of their degrees, and development of support and planning for their move to SE Asia later this year. Also pray for Tezar as he studies for his upcoming ordination exams in September.
Mitchell and Lisa ask prayer for protection and provision for their family as they long to feel more settled, continued growth in language and culture acquisition and adaptation, and direction and confirmation for Lisa’s nursing. She has been involved in several training sessions for nurses and some CPR/First Aid training for teachers and coaches.
Jeff and Lynne are thankful that their twins Jenna and Darrin are making friends in the local preschool that is all Mly except for them. Jeff and Lynne have been able to meet some new parents, pray that continues. Also pray for their family helper Lela, who is returning to her hometown with her husband. Pray she would help spread the Gospel in her town and for Jeff and Lynne to find a new helper.
Randy and Martha ask for more opportunities to mentor local believers and for wisdom as the team considers ministry in new Muslim communities. Also pray for continued provision for language helpers for team members.
Joe and Austia want to be effective prayer warriors for their team and Joe has been asked to head up an increased prayer focus for their team. Pray for his plans for mobilizing prayer, including their team’s support networks in the US and SE Asia. Pray the Holy Spirit will open doors to share the Gospel with their friends and neighbors.
Brian and Terri ask prayer for 100 students to come to Christ during this school year, for God to raise up more laborers for CO in Thailand, and for many outreach events to attract more students to learn about Christ.
