John M. gives praise for seeing the second mari-culture hatchery location stocked following several challenges. Pray for wisdom and effectiveness in getting funds for the next phase of the project or possibly building their own hatchery. Pray for another national church planter to join the effort and for the couple and single woman who may join the team in the future.

Kyle and Claudia Zimmerman are grateful the tax situation has cleared up. They have reserved a car on the government lottery program which means they may get it in a month or two years, pray their name will be drawn soon. Kyle is working to patent two new pieces of furniture and is eager to see how God will continue to open doors through his woodworking to benefit the Kingdom.

Greg and Sally visited a young Libyan woman who found Christ via Arab Christians over the internet, and who had no Christians with whom to fellowship face to face. They aspire to build a house church in that city. Pray as they work to raise up a church planting team in Libya.

Brian and Cary are bringing an East Asian Couple with them to the US. Pray for good connections with many couples in the six cities they will be visiting. They ask we pray the Gospel will flourish on campuses, in families, and in cities, and for Christian leaders to be strong as persecution increases.

Pray for the Campus Outreach team in South Africa where they have been engaging other college students in evangelism and faith building activities. The team of fifteen has been there since May 8 and will return June 27. Pray for effective witness and spiritual growth on the team and those with whom they minister.

Jake asks prayer to finish the school year well and for safe travel as he heads back to the US on June 29th to be married in August. Pray for the students who went through a class on the Biblical foundations of marriage; for their faith to stay strong this summer. Pray for wisdom for the doctors as they deal with Jake’s medical problem.

Brian P. reports that 100+ students attended the spring conference and over half were not Christians. Pray for effective follow up and that many will come to faith. Brian asks prayer for “Adam” a young doctor kicked out of his home because of his faith, yet meets with Brian weekly for discipleship and encouragement, and for the intern who left because of depression to get the medical and spiritual help she needs.

Paul and Violette Bridgman are grateful his small tumor turned out to be nothing, as they will be returning to the US on July 1 for a one year furlough. They excitedly await the birth of their first grandchild in July and son Jeffrey’s marriage in September. Pray for their church while they are away and for pastor Katayama as he finishes seminary and adjusts to a full time pastorate.

Praise God that at long last Holy Trinity Presbyterian Church in Tyumen has a pastor. Jim and Sally Foote rejoice that after four years without a pastor the congregation has called someone to lead them. Pray for Pastor Ernst and his family as they start this new ministry, for quick transition and acclimation, and for this to be the beginning of growth in the church and community.

Norm and Ruth Ann find their roles in Pioneers constantly challenging and rewarding. Twenty five Pioneers appointees have gone through training, and construction of the headquarters building is under way. They desire to reach out to the non-believing construction workers through intentional acts of kindness. Pray for wisdom, stamina, and open doors of opportunity for Norm and Ruth Ann.
