Praise that Tim and Huilan and their family were able to renew their visas for another year. Pray for the seminary students, and for protection and provision for their local churches. They have roughly six churches with around 2,000 members total connected in ministry. Pray for internal unity and wisdom for the leaders in dealing with various issues.  Pray for Huilan as she seeks to minister to the wives of church planters.

Scott Lawrence is grateful for the growth and expansion of the eye clinic and for the gifted and compassionate staff to work with and mentor at the hospital. Pray they can expand their outreach program to under served communities around Addis Ababa. Pray for Tina as she serves on the SIM Ethiopia leadership council. The director of Bingham Academy where the boys attend is leaving, pray for his replacement and for Scott as he serves on the search committee.

On Greg Livingstone’s trip to Lebanon he was very encouraged to see the Lord answered prayer enabling 21 adults plus kids to get residence in Libya despite the continuing civil war and non-functioning government. Pray for a gifted team leader who can recruit some individuals under the age of thirty who are willing to teach at a university in Libya.

Rob and Tundi Futo rejoice with Agi and Jozi in the safe arrival of their daughter after losing their first child near term last year. Pray for wisdom as the church is growing, for men to come forward with shared vision and develop a strong leadership team and for more room to accommodate the children’s program. Pray for Rob as he ministers to the youth group that has many who are not churchgoers but are friends of their daughters.

The staff of Annoor asks for prayer that they can get the hospital system fully online, and for progress healing one of their seriously ill patients using new medications. Pray for new patients, and for wisdom and direction as they work alongside their host country to implement required security activities and controls that will keep them safe.

For Tim B. attending the Central Asia YL leadership conference was pretty spectacular, but the best part was witnessing God change a young man’s heart. Pray this young man will grow in his understanding of God’s love and grace. Pray for Tim and his bride Tanya as they begin their lives together, for God’s grace to be very evident as they get to know each other better and reach out to the young people who need to know their Savior.

Pray that Lizzie was able to reach the required support level to go to the cross cultural training course March 20-May 5. She departs for her mission area later in May where she will join a team in one of the most densely populated and poorest states in the country. Pray for her preparation and to be equipped for the opportunity to take Christ’s love in word and deed to people of mostly Hindu and Muslim cultures.

Haley is a newly appointed missionary who will join the nursing staff at Annoor following intense Arabic language study. Pray for Haley as she builds her support team and prepares for cross cultural training. Pray the Lord will open doors and hearts so that she may get to the field quickly and join the other language study classmates she got to know during her recent three month vision trip.

Our Indonesia partners will be getting a short visit from a 2PC team beginning tomorrow. Dan and Catherine Burns along with Daniel Williams and Drew Willson will visit Tezar’s church, attend worship, community groups and give support to their leadership. Daniel and Drew will also teach business seminars at Mitchell’s university before returning on the 22nd.

Chris and Debbie Gibson are traveling in Europe and Asia teaching and counseling missionaries and teams. Pray for wisdom and guidance as they minister to these workers in hard places of life. Pray they will be able to find an apartment or house in Budapest near the Garden House, their ministry headquarters for several years, with adequate space, affordable, and located near other teammates.
