Annoor

Annoor could not stay open without the faithful service of their amazing support staff. They rejoice in the increased numbers at their outpatient clinic and pray God will use the literature taken during these visits to bear fruit in patients’ lives. Pray the southern clinic patients who need more extensive treatment at the hospital will have the desire and means to make the trip, and for support and patience to receive long-term care. Pray for wisdom and patience as they continue to seek final resolution for various permits and approvals from the government.

Dave & Joyce

After spending 43 years in New Guinea, Dave and Joyce returned to the U.S. with only two suitcases each. Their village house was given to Yormi and his family who will carry on the Old Testament translation work with Dave via the internet. Pray for Dave to get a visa allowing him a 5-6 month stay next year to further train Yormi and to finish the recording task being done by a team from Faith Comes by Hearing which completed 86% of the New Testament before Dave and Joyce left.

For more info on Dave & Joyce, see page 25 of the prayer guide.

Stephen & Belinda

Stephen gives praise for how God used his seven member team doing street and refugee outreach in Germany while he was preaching in different house churches in the area. Belinda is joining him in his travels. Pray for energy, stamina, health, protection, faithfulness to the Word, insight, and special time with the Lord in devotion. Pray the ETC training focus on prayer will be helpful in equipping new believers in their walk.

Pray for a servant spirit and his family’s willingness to sacrifice for him to serve.

Tim & Tanya

After a short stay in the US, Tim B. was glad to get home to Kyrgyzstan and his bride, Tanya. Together they had a busy summer with camps including the extreme mountain camp where they took 16 from the orphanage. Now he is ready for the Young Life FAT program (faithful/available/teachable). Pray for the young men he is able to attract to Young Life in an area where 85% claim to be Muslim.

Pray for protection and care for Amir, the former Imam, who continues to lead refugees to the Lord, disciple them, and help plant churches.

Rob & Tunde

Pray for the youth group Rob and Tunde Futo have begun at their new church plant. Many of the youth come from a Catholic background and Rob will be talking on the difference between religion and Christianity. They are overwhelmed with the number of people who signed up for the Bible study groups and need wisdom to organize and lead them. Pray for Tunde as she begins her on line counseling course work that it would be helpful even from the beginning.

Glenda has been teaching mornings, and ministering to the lady patients in the afternoons. Pray these visits with the inpatient women will be eternally fruitful. Also pray for socialization and the school needs of their children as the school year got off to an early start with the family in the US this month and next for a global health conference.
