Guille MacKenzie shares a great success for their church planting movement is the finalization of their first two-year incubator program with church planters and pastors who are revitalizing churches. They will begin a new cohort program in March and launch a quarterly leadership gathering while they continue coaching and meeting with leaders from the first program. Pray as they move past the teaching sphere into transforming churches in order to transform their city for the kingdom of God.

John asks prayer for the team in SE Asia to pick up momentum as they get back to full strength following leadership travel and bringing on several new staff members. With the sea cucumber hatchery structure complete and solar system installed they can begin the spawning. Pray for ongoing protection for the team and project, good relationships in the communities, and to be a clear witness. Pray for final permissions for exporting and working in other locations as they expand the mariculture business.

Brian reports a new two-year LEAD team of seven Americans and two Thais arrived in Chiang Mai just as they said goodbye to the previous team. Pray both teams transition well and that many come to Christ as they labor together. Pray the Lord will draw more university students to Himself, especially some guys. Pray for Brian and Terri as they make decisions to help them live at a more sustainable pace and for wisdom in their weekly schedules and making adjustments.

Scott went to Nepal to support his glaucoma fellow as part of their global partner training institutions. As this doctor completes her glaucoma training, they hope to start another at St. Paul’s Hospital as well as at the charitable eye clinic in Addis. Pray for Scott and fellow surgeons to have endurance and energy as they take on greater responsibility for charity cataract surgeries. The Lawrences are looking forward to James being home from college for the holidays.

Pray God will give Chris and Debbie Gibson good health, energy and endurance to keep providing care for the missionaries, and the resilience needed for long periods of extended ministry and travel. Pray for wisdom in dealing with hard situations and complex issues in the lives and ministries of those they serve. Praise God for his provision so that all the counseling, pastoral care, and lodging at the ministry center cost the recipients nothing.

Don Riley will take a group of six men to Pinar Del Rio, Cuba to present the gospel Dec. 6-13 according to the Great Commission mandate to go make disciples. On the team are Second members Rhea Taylor and Warren Boone. Pray for positive responses, team unity, and the power of the Holy Spirit to do His great work.

Despite changes in team composition and location, Jeff and Lynne will continue their vision of disciple making among the national people. Pray as they move north and get settled in their new home/location and then prepare for a six-month home leave in the U.S. Pray the media meeting they hosted for like-minded folks from different organizations to bring a breakthrough for the disciple making movement (M2DMM). Pray for many intercessors to join this disciple making movement.

Pray for David and Lisa as he must fly to Thailand frequently for medical treatment for his eye and needed shoulder surgery. The care of their foster child and her great needs have also added financial and organizational challenges as they must arrange for her care when they are away. Pray for ministry opportunities in the face of changing times and favor with the officials as they seek to find people of peace among the ethnic group with whom they minister.

Joyce is in the village of Noiadi in Papua working on revision of the math books she developed which will eventually be used in the Bauzi literacy program. Pray for her well being while there and for re-connecting with the Bauzis who live there. Meanwhile, Dave continues work on the OT translation with his two Bauzi friends in Papua via the internet. Pray for all aspects of the translating and for internet service to remain active.
