Craig and Stacy ask prayer for the college-age ministry of Lonquen Valley Presbyterian church, which they lead, that God would equip and guide them and their students as they boldly and creatively share the gospel through on-line and in-person gatherings. Pray that God would provide His direction as they plan their new ministry focus beginning next year. Pray for their family as daughter Aimee will be joining her older sister Karis at Covenant College to begin her university studies.

Our six PARI teams reported that during the last six months of pandemic, they have shared the gospel with 3,500 Muslims and seen 220 place their faith in Christ, of which 45 have already been baptized. Despite the many obstacles, God’s kingdom is growing among the Sundanese of West Java, Indonesia. Pray for the young (in the faith) house church leaders whom the PARI staff are training, that they would be passionate about multiplying themselves and steadfast in the face of opposition. Pray that those who threaten them would have their hearts changed so that they, too, would become followers of Jesus.

Gabriel (Gaby) asks prayer for the situation generated by COVID, for God’s continual care and accessibility of the vaccine. Pray for the teachers at Blas Pascal and Moisés Sáenz. Their new way of teaching at home brought greater challenges and responsibilities that created conflict between time to work and time for their families. Pray for the current projects and for the possible return of Shalom church to in person service.

David and Aliece request prayer for her pregnancy, for good health and protection for her and the baby. David asks for gospel wisdom as he encourages and comforts a church that has been hurt and discouraged by another church. Pray for their children that they would know and walk with the Lord. Pray for wisdom for Aliece as she serves in the Counseling Center while parenting and carrying this next child. Pray for the church in East Asia, that the Lord will sustain her through the oppression they are enduring.

Indonesia has suffered disasters with a missing plane, floods and earthquakes. Pray for churches to be a light of hope through their mercy ministries to those impacted by the disasters. Nicole is excited to be practicing her Indonesian as she teaches English classes. Pray for time to hang out with her students and a chance to share the gospel with them. Pray for Clara and Stephanie, two of the girls in Nicole’s Bible study. Pray for the Lord to draw them closer to Himself and continue to work in their hearts.

Dave and Robin help refugees in Nashville working with the local church to befriend and serve Muslim and refugee neighbors, creating events and opportunities for connection. As Asst. Director of SGI, Dave recruits teams to send to Iraq, Greece, and Turkey. Pray for leaders and workers in the US and abroad, and for discernment as they interview new staff and assess new projects and partnership opportunities in Iraq. Pray God would show his great love and compassion to refugees and Muslims, that many would come to Christ, and that He would be glorified.

Rob and Tunde Futo report that despite COVID, Cornerstone Church continues to grow with new small groups being added. Rob will begin a training series for small group leaders to facilitate better small group dynamics. Pray for the Lord to bless this training so that many will grow spiritually. Rob is also completing two teaching-writing projects. Pray that this material will be used to strengthen the church throughout Eastern Europe. Tunde is in her last semester of study for a degree in Biblical Counseling. Pray for the Lord to expand her time and bless her studies.

It is estimated that there are 400,000 Christians in N. Korea. Although these believers are disconnected from the outside world, Christians there have been able to translate, print and share the Bible. Pray for these brothers and sisters to persevere despite opposition. Pray that the sin of idolatry will cease and that many N. Koreans will turn and serve the true and living God. Pray for human rights to be restored, and for basic necessities to be provided for people who continue to suffer from hunger and frigid weather conditions.

Norm and Ruth Ann serve with AWM connecting with seekers in the Arab world. They are grateful for the 213 former Muslims who recently came to faith through AWM. Pray they will grow in their faith and be strong witnesses of the power of the gospel. As French lawmakers consider a bill to combat religious terrorism, pray that the evangelical church will be able to continue to minister freely and unhindered.

Please pray for Raju and Catherine as they consult with other doctors and health care workers in developing a unique model to reach out to villages with health and the Gospel in their homes. This new model will involve recruitment, training of both nurses and church planters and linking those trained persons with telemedicine physicians for proper diagnosis.
