Judy Mbugua and her Homecare Spiritual Fellowship spent a week in prayer and fasting for their core efforts (Families, Nation, Evangelism), five ministries: Bethel dressmaking, Fadhili HIV women, OVC children, Karen Retreat Center, and evangelism outreaches – radio/TV, Thursday meetings. Pray for outpouring of God’s blessings on these ministries.
