Leslie has been honing her skills in cultural coaching through the Discipleship Multiplication Training and an online course for language coaches. New missionaries often expect the German culture to be similar to the culture they left, sometimes taking them by surprise, so Leslie is there to help them. Pray for transitions in leadership as their field leader is stepping down soon, for her trainees as they pursue language learning, for numerous opportunities to share Christ during the upcoming Advent season, and for development of more language and culture coaches in GEM.
