Pray for Randy, Martha and their kids, as they travel and connect with people during their two month home leave. Pray for wisdom as they meet with family, long time friends, and unbelievers; that the fragrance of Christ will be evident in them. Pray for Randy as he tries to resolve critical administration tasks from far away.

Robby & Joyce report that the Philemon Project Preschool has begun to accept poor, marginalized, and refugee children in Lebanon. Pray it will be fully operational to accept 80 children by October. Pray for Robby and Joyce as they continue to minister among so many displaced individuals and lend spiritual care and support where possible.

Starting tomorrow, John and Marilyn Whittemore will help with the sports camp for disadvantaged kids and graduates of the orphanages (ages 15-23) in the Carpathian Mountains of Ukraine. Pray hearts will be open to learn the love of Jesus and that many will turn to Christ. Pray for safe travel, stamina, and health for all involved. The camp ends July 27.

Pray Chris and Kirsten Furr can arrange their home leave schedule in order to share their vision of what God is doing in France with partners, supporting churches, family, and friends. Pray the travel will not be too hard on their children, and wisdom for those carrying on their work back in France during their two month absence.

Pray for diligence, boldness and conversation partners for Josh and Elizabeth Johnson as they practice and learn more Spanish. Pray for opportunities to meet and have at least one close Peruvian friend, and to engage in the local church. Pray Elizabeth will be able to use her talents and gifts in Trujillo as Josh begins his job at the micro-finance institute.

A small college team leaves for Kazakhstan July 17-August 4 to work with YL Central Asia reaching out to youth through ESL and summer camps. Pray for the evangelistic English Club the team will help run. Pray new contacts will be developed and that many students will go to camp the following week. Pray for health, safety, and equipping of our team.

Praise Larry Brown has received the documentation needed to return to Malawi and his work at African Bible College following home leave with son Carey. They plan to fly back to Malawi July 19, pray all will go well with the flight and re-entry to life there.

Jonathan asks prayer that the educational outreach to very needy children in Sultanganj will lead to getting them into school, and possibly get them involved with a Sports and English day camp to be led by a U.S. team in the fall. Also pray for Joseph and Mandi as they continue their language study, and that Joseph learned valuable skills at a recent MEDIC conference in Africa.

Pray for David N. to be healed from intense back pain. Doctors are recommending physical therapy in lieu of surgery even though therapy is rather limited in his country of service. Pray God will put His healing touch on David’s life and give mercy to keep going.

Pray for Roger and Abi Lowther and Grace City Church as they lead the Tokyo Worship and Arts Conference tomorrow. They have been actively promoting this event for months through artist parties, concerts and kid-friendly music events. Pray this event will be a huge success helping to break down barriers and bring people together.
