Lizzie

Because of family needs Dan and Stefanie and their four daughters have decided not to return to India and the business they had begun there. This has given a new direction to Lizzie Liddell who had planned to join their team. Lizzie still feels God’s call to India, pray for her to decisively know the location and team she should join.

Joe & Austia

After three years on the field Joe and Austia have been granted a leave of absence to focus on some relationships. Pray they will use this time in the states to accomplish all that God has in store for them. Pray also for a spiritual breakthrough among the Malay as the focus on prayer continues.

Greg & Sally

Pray for Greg and Sally as they settle into their California location and he actively recruits new missionaries and coaches existing ones all while receiving radiation treatments for prostate cancer. World Outreach has asked Greg to build up the “home teams” in several Presbyteries, each committed to starting a new church planting team among Muslims.

Brian & Joanne

Pray for Brian and Joanne P. as they completed their church planting/pastoral internship in DC and will return to Memphis for the holidays.  Pray the student ministry they left in Dubai continues to bear fruit. Pray for details, planning, fundraising, and for people to join them in their new church plant they anticipate starting in Dubai early 2017.

Austin

Austin Smith is home for a couple of months reconnecting with supporters and recruiting new staff for Campus Outreach Brazil. As the campus director at Belo Horizonte, he meets new students and oversees various ministry activities. He was excited when two girls from a background of Spiritism accepted Christ and both brought their Mothers to worship services. Pray for Austin to make the best use of his time here.

Jeff & Lynne

Jeff and Lynne ask prayer for God to help with a growing family issue. Lynne and the five kids spend far too much time in the house together due to: homeschooling, weather, house church, etc. The kids are each others best friends, classmates, etc. They feel the family really needs individual “outlets” and friends, something that naturally happens in public school, sports, church, neighborhood, but because of where they are this is not possible. They are crying out to God for help and ask us to join them.

Christmas

As we celebrate the day our Savior entered earth let us give thanks for and lift up in prayer those who carry this message of Good News throughout the world. Pray for their hearts to be warmed by our love and prayers, and for their joy to be complete in serving Him.

Thomas & Jennifer

Thomas and Jennifer are well into their nine month home leave and doing a lot of traveling and speaking to groups in various locations –  pray for fruitful contacts for their family support.  Pray for their children as they have a special opportunity to spend time with family this Christmas season.  Also pray for the Zhongpu Gospel Center and those overseeing the work that is ongoing in their absence.

Paul & Violette

Paul and Violette Bridgman have been able to start three evangelistic English classes with students aged 14 to 74. Pray for their salvation as most are non-Christians. Pray for more contacts in their neighborhood and for members of the Sakuragaoka church who suffer with psychological illnesses that keep them from coming to church. Pray Paul will be able to get off pain medication.

Jonathan

Jonathan had a successful survey trip to Bangladesh where he met national believers with whom they might be able to partner, people already involved in church planting and development and relief projects. He connected with an American couple overseeing the women’s training center and engaging Muslims through friendship. He asks us to pray for someone to oversee the center when the couple returns to the US for home leave in May.
