Andy & Brooke

Over the past 3 days, Andy and Brooke have connected with CO staff around the world and are blown away by the opportunities staff have found amidst all the uncertainty and their creativity, leadership, and commitment to keep on loving and serving even under house-quarantine. They continue to connect, share, study, and pray with university students via Instagram live and Facetime. Students who wouldn’t normally come to church are watching from their hometowns because they don’t have to explain it to friends as they investigate Jesus. The Youngs

The Youngs report that just before the mobilization summit was to begin, their country blocked entry to anyone who had been in the country of the virus on or after January 14. One of their invited leaders was unable to come, but two people did come and the three days of meetings seemed well worthwhile. Pray the ideas they came up with will help facilitate more people coming into Asia as laborers for the harvest. Pray Heidi’s visa application will be accepted allowing her to join them in outreach in their city and possibly open opportunities to have a tie to their Mexico sending base.
