Tim B.

Pray for Tim B. as he returns to Kyrgyzstan on the 16th. He will be helping with an “extreme camp”, a hiking and mountaineering camp in the mountains around Bishkek. In the following six weeks, He will serve with kids and special needs kid’s camps in Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. Pray for re-connection with his team in Kyrgyzstan and for kids to come to faith in Christ.

Daryl & Marlene

Daryl and Marlene Bussert had a safe and productive trip to Brazil working with the aviation teams during the audit and meeting the Brazilian aviation counterpart. Since then, Daryl and his co-worker participated in a helicopter accident investigation course where they met with a person interested in helping JAARS, and Daryl had a heavy flying schedule at airports and the aviation school. Pray for their busy schedules and as they attempt to meet Wycliffe’s monthly income requirement.

John & Dawn

John and Dawn were able to secure visas for another year, and meet with teams, colleagues, and friends before returning to the US for important meetings on a range of issues at Pioneers headquarters, in addition to attending the International Leadership Team meeting. They feel doubly blessed with the arrival of Marie and Chris’s miracle baby girl and the marriage of son Luke to Kim. Pray for the family and for John and Dawn’s ongoing work.

Sr. High Mexico team

A large group of senior high youth led by Stephen Copeland, Bill Jorgensen and M.K. Billings will leave tomorrow for Mexico where they will partner with Shalom Church and Blas Pascal School and ministry. Throughout the week the team will work at the school doing any labor needed and at night partner with the youth group at the church serving together and having a Bible study. Pray for health, safety, unity, and faith building. The team will return July 16th.

Ronnie & Jane

Ronnie and Jane are settling into a flat within walking distance of the Moscow Bible Church where he is serving as associate staff as they are without any sort of pastor. Ronnie indicates that Russia has become an easier place to live and a harder place to minister. He says “no advantage can compensate for the absence of prayer and asks we gift them with the greatest of advantages” prayer. Pray particularly that they will be granted a multi-year multi-entry visa.

David & Aliece

David has just completed grading for the graduating students in the Seminary he helped start seven years ago and is grateful they all passed. He and Aliece and their children will spend the month in Europe in cross-cultural training. Pray for the travel and training to be rewarding, nourishing, and encouraging. Pray for the health of Aliece and the baby she carries.

Ukraine Trade School Camp

The Ukraine Trade School camp begins tomorrow in the Carpathian Mountains with John & Marilyn Whittemore and Benjamin Klemis helping with the leadership, along with four from Brian F’s Thailand CO leadership. Pray for good communications as they interact without a common language and that the love of Jesus Christ would be so evident in all relationships that language would not be a barrier. Pray many of the campers would come to know Jesus in a saving way and for safety in all activities and travels. The camp ends July 18.

Sr. High Budapest team

Our Sr. High youth team led by Adrianne Cranford and Will Nease will head to Budapest tomorrow to work with 2pc partner Andras Kazar and the Paulus Movement to host an English camp for high school students. Pray for their health, relationships, and faith building. The team returns July 17.

Rob & Tunde

Rob and Tunde Futo’s new church plant is going very well as they focus on building friendships. The church picnic in a local park and other outreach activities gave opportunities to know families better. They have begun a youth group with daughters Hajni and Csenge helping and bringing their friends. Pray for the youth camp in Transylvania in August that many will come. Pray for the leadership to be men after God’s own heart and good leaders.
