Stephen has seen remarkable life changes on his travels in the Middle East and Germany and in ministry for the European Training Center. People of another faith have come in off the street and have given their lives to the Lord. Additionally he has counseled many hurting people including two Yazidi women who lost 13 children kidnapped by ISIS. Pray for his safety, godly boldness, compassion, and grace as he reaches out to meet these needs.

From three original areas, God has expanded His work to 15 areas and 60 teams with close to 250 people ready to minister in the newly formed S. Asia/Mainland SE Asia (SAMSEA) region of Pioneers which John and Dawn continue to serve. Pray as the teams take the Gospel to some very dark places bearing witness to its transforming power.

Greg met with sixty American church leaders, four Russian missionaries and three American missionaries focused on the seven Muslim provinces of the Caucasus in Southern Russia. Pray for Andrei, the first team leader focused on planting teams among the Muslims of the Caucasus. Greg continues to find and prepare team leaders to work in cities that still don’t have a fellowship of Christ worshipping disciples from Muslim families.

Brandon McCord is learning a lot at Witwatersrand University. A new university structure, student body culture, church, co-workers, and establishing a student network on campus. Pray the evangelistic outreach “011” held every Wednesday night will continue to draw lots of students. Pray the extended presence of Campus Outreach students from this area in Johannesburg is an encouragement to Brandon, as he seems to need a little lift.

Tim M and a ministry partner traveled to the south to examine five local men for full-time ministry in their local presbytery. A few days later one of these pastors was hauled into the police station for conducting an illegal religious activity; he was later released. Pray for protection for the pastors who serve in the six presbyteries. Tim also asks prayer they can find at least two English teachers to serve at a school near their city.

Because of strained relationships between the US and the country where they live, it is necessary for Ronnie and Jane to leave the country for a week every 90 days and re-enter. They are trying a new approach because they have a second passport, pray they will be granted a renewal without hassle. Pray for Ronnie as he teaches pastors from other locales and for the travel involved to go smoothly.

David and Aliece report that the entire family has had various illnesses. They are involved in a local church with David helping with preaching, teaching, and discipleship. His role at the seminary is to reorganize and restructure curriculum and translate a theological book. The children are adjusting well, but miss their friends. Aliece is homeschooling the older two. Pray they will begin to feel at home and for health issues to be overcome, especially the breathing problems.

The McIntyre family leaves today for Taiwan to return to their ministry. Continue to pray for a teacher for the children and for Tyler’s speech therapy to continue. Thomas and Jennifer are eager to increase the fellowship that has lost some momentum during their home assignment. Pray for the children as they re-adjust to a different environment and separation from extended family.
