Steve & Lizzie

Pray for Steve and Lizzie as they settle into Cluj, Romania where they will spend several weeks with their teammates Darius and Bia and their 6-week-old Lucca while navigating logistics and enjoying their company. The apartment awaiting them was empty, so one of their first tasks will be to fill it with life’s necessities to make it a home, pray for them in this new phase of married life and ministry.

Greg

Greg has just returned from Iraq laying groundwork for a new church planting team there. Now he has two seminars at John Piper’s Cross conference for 18-25-year-olds in Louisville followed by participation in World Outreach’s annual meeting in Orlando. He is encouraged that his personal assistant is putting his manuscripts on the History of Missions to Muslims in the Arab world on the internet. Pray for strength and continued health for both he and Sally.

John & Dawn

Beginning tomorrow John and Dawn will host their first ever regional conference followed by two other conferences with participants coming from all around the world. Dawn is handling all the logistics for these events. Pray God will meet them in powerful and life-transforming ways and for safety both in travel and during their time together. Pray for them to be servant leaders to those under their care in the South Asia/Mainland SE Asia area.

Church in China

More than 100 members of one of our partner churches in China have been arrested including the pastor and his wife and officers of the church. The church has been asked to submit to laws that would replace Jesus Christ as the head of their church and disobey other parts of the Word of God. Pray for the release of those arrested and for the church to be able to continue to worship freely. Pray they can resume teaching and training their children and future pastors.
