George shares that Glyfada church services continue with a limited number of people. They are hosting three services each Sunday to accommodate as many as possible. Pray for their team as they plan to implement their family ministry and neighborhood outreach in September. Also pray for the SOMA (meaning body) Evangelical community meetings for those who live in the area of Glyfada, to pray and support each other in intentionally reaching their church community for Christ.

Brian & Terri report that the 21-22 school year is well underway in Chiang Mai, but they have met so few incoming freshmen because of another semester of online learning. Please pray for the Lord to give them creative ways to reach Thai students during this time. MJU campus and cafeteria has been totally closed since the first of February. Pray for God to give them all spiritual wisdom and understanding in both Thailand and the Philippines for “Building Laborers on the Campus for the Lost World” even amidst renewed lockdowns.

Kyle and Claudia Zimmerman are grateful that all three children, Isaiah, Sarah, and Abigail have recovered from Covid. Pray for the Lord to open international travel so that Kyle can take Isaiah to college. Pray for vaccinations to be provided and administered. Pray for friend Guillermo who is currently in prison, but eager to serve the Lord when he is released. Praise God for giving him Christian guards who have walked with him. Pray for the ongoing work in Buenos Aires, asking the Lord to care for his children as only He can do.

Thomas and Jennifer are in Texas for a one-year home leave. They give praise for 10-years of church planting in Taiwan and ask prayer for the Lord to continue to protect, grow, and encourage that church, as he prepares Thomas and Jennifer for a new ministry when they return. Pray for the Lord to bless their team’s media strategies within the Muslim world. Pray for Norm and Ruth Ann to experience rest and renewal in Christ, safety and strength for this move, God’s blessing on their neighbors, both old and new, and great salvation which would advance the Kingdom of God.

Our newest missionary, Debbie sends us her first update as she prepares to join Roger and Abi Lowther’s Community Arts team in Tokyo. Pray for her preparations and remaining commitments, and for the Lord to provide opportunities to present her ministry to groups and churches. Pray for the Lord to continue to prepare her emotionally as well as spiritually. Pray that Covid will subside in Japan. Ask the Lord to prepare hearts that would believe, and that He would continue to advance His Kingdom in Japan.

Allison Neubert is back in South Africa with a long-term visa! Pray for her as she adjusts back to life there and for wisdom and discernment as they navigate a third wave of Covid. Thank the Lord for providing great friends, for the work done by a group of 17 American college students during a 6 week visit to one of their campuses. Pray for Princess, Sema, and Juandre, as they professed faith in Christ! Pray for the Lord to provide opportunities for Gospel conversations, and for grace, peace and joy as Allison serves our Savior.

Pray for Guille and Debbie in their work with Mission Beta in Argentina as a new wave of Covid is crippling hospitals and resources. Praise God that the virtual platform will allow pastors from remote areas of Argentina to participate in their conference. Pray for Nuevo Avivamiento Church as she returns to online status. Pray for Guille who has a scholarship for doctoral studies at Capital Seminary in Washington, D.C., for the Lord to use this Ph.D. to advance His kingdom in Buenos Aires, and for Debbie as she teaches in person.

Leonardo and Valeria de Chirico in Rome report that the Gospel continues to advance there and throughout Italy. Pray for Leonardo who stepped down after 18 years of leadership in the Italian Evangelical Alliance but will continue to serve on their Theological Committee. Praise as God used the centennials of B.B. Warfield and John Stott to lead people from Roman Catholicism to saving faith in Reformed traditions. Pray for their family, especially sons Filippo and Akille, as they work and study. Ask the Lord to bring encouragement and joy to this family as they serve the Lord.

David and Lisa give praise for Bella’s medical needs being met, being physically present with the hill tribe people, growth in discipleship groups, lives being changed, a good job for son Jonathan, and a new grandbaby due in September! They ask for prayer for provision for Bella’s school and braces, interested souls to study their creator, healing for David from a constant earache, healing for Lisa’s stiff neck, open doors to travel to the hills, and for an opportunity to meet their T neighbors. Pray for perseverance as they labor to see the name of Jesus made known in their unreached area.
